Nation Learns Promoted and Owned by Razi Global Technologies Private Limited Located in Bangalore Karnataka India, is a technology platform that enables anyone anywhere to create and share videos, short videos all types of videos, audio and educational and Skill Courses and content. We host hundreds, thousands and Millions of videos and courses on our online video sharing and learning marketplace. We Manually Try to review Courses and Videos for the content of it and not the copyright Of the video or Course, Our marketplace model means we don’t review or edit the content for legal issues, and we aren’t in a position to determine the legality of the content. However, Nation Learns respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Users, Creators and instructors on Nation Learns to do the same. When users, Creators and instructors post content on Nation Learns, they make the promise that they have the necessary authorization or rights to use that content.
Users, Creators and Instructors should only upload videos or Courses that they have made or that they're authorized to use. That means that they should not upload videos and Courses that they didn't make, or use content in their videos that someone else owns the copyright to, such as music tracks, snippets of copyrighted programmes, videos or Courses made by other users, without necessary authorizations.
Infringing activity is not tolerated on or through our platform.
This policy addresses what we do in the event of copyright takedown notices from content owners and trademark takedown notices from trademark owners with respect to the content on the Nation Learns platform. The policy also addresses what we do when Nation Learns Users, Creators and instructors’ videos and courses are copied on third-party platforms without their consent.
Section 52 of the Copyrights Act, 1957 In India provides for certain exceptions to infringement of copyright and the said provision allows limited use of copyrighted works without the permission of the copyright holder.Fair use is also a US law that allows the reuse of copyright-protected material under certain circumstances without getting permission from the copyright owner. And different countries have different rules but it can depend on the situation.
Copyright Takedown Notices
Nation Learns’s policy is to remove content from our service when it is reported as infringing in a copyright takedown notice received from the owner of the original content. It’s also our policy to remove all content from any User, Creator and instructor who’s determined to be a repeat infringer (for whom Nation Learns has received more than two valid copyright takedown notices). We reserve the right to terminate an User, Creator and instructor’s account at any time, including when they post content in violation of the copyrights of others.
How to File a Copyright Takedown Notice
If you’d like to report content on the Nation Learns platform and if you are the owner or the designated agent of the owner of the rights to the content that you believe the content is infringing, the most efficient way is to use this copyright complaint form (form in English only). You may also submit notices of alleged copyright infringement to our designated copyright agent, identified below.
Before you submit a copyright takedown notice, please remember these important things:
If we receive a valid copyright takedown notice, we’ll send a copy of that notice to the User, Creator and instructor who posted the reported content along with a notification that: (1) the content was reported for copyright infringement and (2) we’re removing the content from the Nation Learns platform. We’ll also attach a form that User, Creator and instructor can fill in and send back to us to submit a counter-notification. If your content has been reported for copyright infringement and removed from the Nation Learns platform, and if you believe we made a mistake or that you have permission from the owner of the reported content to use such content, then you may send us a counter-notification.
Knowingly submitting a false or misleading counter-notification to a claim of infringement is illegal and you could be held liable and have to pay damages as a result. Nation Learns reserves the right to seek damages from any party that submits a counter-notification of claimed infringement or counter-notification in violation of the law.
The best way to provide us with a counter-notification is to fill in the form we provided you and send it back to the Nation Learns designated agent or the copyright team member who notified you. To be effective, a counter-notification must be in writing and include the following information:
Trademark Takedown Notices
Nation Learns’s policy is to remove content from our platform when it’s reported and found to be infringing a third-party trademark. If you’re a trademark owner or a trademark owner’s authorized representative, you may submit trademark takedown notices to Nation Learns. Nation Learns reserves the right to terminate an User, Creator and instructor’s account at any time, including when they post content in violation of the trademark rights of another from its marketplace.

We understand that when you post and make available your content on the Nation Learns platform, you want to make sure that you won’t find that content offered on another platform without your permission. To help combat copyright infringement and piracy affecting videos and courses of our Users, Creators and instructors, we’ve partnered with an anti-piracy vendor to seek instances of infringement and to have them removed from most major search engines to stop traffic going forward.
